Transformation Breathing is a psycho-spiritual tool for healing and awakening to the Divinity within. It has numerous benefits on the physical, mental and spiritual level.

• The body receives a huge quantity of oxygen which nourishes the cells, rejuvenating and energizing them. A large number of illnesses have shown to be unable to spread in the presence of oxygen, including cancer. Transformational Breathing thus helps prevent the development of cancer and other illnesses. Athletes who are using Transformational Breath during their performance report improved results and a higher level of energy at the end of their races.

Emotional Benefits:

• The circular breathing helps repressed emotions and trauma to come to the surface in order to be transformed. An energetic process called Entrainment transforms lower vibrational emotions of fear, anger, hatred, terror, rage, etc. into higher vibrational emotions, such as love, joy and lightness.
